Business Developer Industrie (M/F)

Our agency is searching for one of its clients currently in an international development phase. As part of its growth, we are looking for a Business Developer Industrie (M/F) to strengthen its commercial presence in European markets, particularly in Germany. You will join a dynamic company, with a truly strategic role in opening new markets. Your missions: You will be responsible for developing and structuring commercial activity in the Germany zone and more broadly in Europe. As such, your main missions will be:

• Identify and prospect new industrial clients in European markets
• Develop an existing client portfolio and ensure customer loyalty
• Analyze prospect needs and propose adapted solutions
• Participate in the definition and deployment of the international commercial strategy
• Conduct client meetings, commercial negotiations, and technical presentations
• Ensure regular follow-up of commercial opportunities and ongoing projects
• Participate in trade fairs and international events
• Perform market monitoring to identify new development opportunities.

Profile sought With a commercial or technical background (Bac +3 to Bac +5), you have successful experience in commercial development within an industrial environment. You are recognized for:

• Your autonomy, your organization, and your ability to manage an international scope;
• Your ease in technical and industrial environments.

Indispensable skills: Fluent professional English mandatory (daily exchanges with international clients and partners) Experience in an industrial environment (machines, equipment, technical solutions) appreciated Significant mobility: regular travel in Europe Conditions and advantages
