User Operations Associate (Campaign Planning)
We are looking for a User Operations Campaign Planning Associate to help plan and deliver campaigns in our local market. As a product-focused brand, most of our campaigns centre on Limited Time Offer (LTO) drink launches. You will learn our digital system mechanics in depth, including the app and mini-program, membership, vouchers, promotions and POS. You will use that knowledge to set up campaign mechanics, support budget tracking and coordinate with teams so every campaign launches smoothly. What You Will Gain from This Role: Hands-on campaign experience: You will work on campaigns from planning and mechanics setup through launch and post-campaign review, with product launches at the heart of our calendar. Commercial exposure: You will build skills in campaign budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. Exposure to regional and local teams: You will work with APAC Marketing, APAC User Operations, Local Marketing, Local User Operations and other teams. Responsibilities: Campaign planning: Support the local campaign calendar, mainly LTO product launches, in line with APAC Marketing's direction and Local Marketing's priorities. System mechanics: Build a strong working knowledge of our digital system's capabilities, such as voucher types, bundle and promotion logic, membership benefits, points, ordering flows and POS setup. Help turn campaign ideas into mechanics the system can run. Setup and testing: Check whether proposed mechanics are feasible and flag system limits. Work with APAC and Local User Operations on campaign configuration, testing and go-live checks. Budget support: Help prepare campaign business cases, including sales forecasts, promotion costs and expected ROI. Track actual spend against budget. Coordination: Manage campaign timelines, checklists and follow-ups with APAC Marketing, APAC User Operations, Local Marketing, Local User Operations, and teams such as Supply Chain, Store Operations and Finance. Performance tracking: Monitor campaign results such as product sales mix, transactions, margin and redemption rates. Prepare post-campaign reports and highlight learnings. Issue resolution: Flag launch risks such as system issues, stock concerns or store execution gaps early, and help drive fixes. Role Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in campaign operations, promotions, user operations, commercial planning or account management. Candidates from different backgrounds are welcome. That includes F&B, QSR and retail, as well as tech platforms such as food delivery, e-commerce, super apps, e-wallets and other consumer apps. A good understanding of how digital platforms run promotions, such as vouchers, discounts, bundles, loyalty mechanics and campaign setup, and an interest in learning how systems work. Good numerical and analytical skills, including basic budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking. Strong Excel skills are required. Highly organised and detail-oriented, and able to manage several tasks against tight timelines. Clear communication skills and comfort working with regional and local teams. A proactive, curious and hands-on attitude.
