Coordinate domestic and international shipments in accordance with the plan Contact and follow up with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers Prepare and verify documents related to transportation and customs clearance Track shipment status to ensure goods reach their destination on time Coordinate receiving goods from suppliers and delivering to customers Manage express shipments (Courier) both domestically and internationally Verify freight invoices and proceed with payment approval requests Support projects and logistics tasks as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field 1 year or more of experience in logistics, Freight Forwarder, customs clearance, or related fields Basic English skills in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949 Proficient in computer usage, especially MS Office, SAP, and ERP programs Able to use SAP system Good communication and coordination skills
