Main Job Description

• Maintenance and care of testing equipment: Ensure that quality control equipment is stable and accurate through regular maintenance and inspection.
• Inspection of fixtures and connectors used in testing: Collect and analyze data from test boards and reused connectors to confirm stability and correct functionality to maintain product quality standards.
• Inspection and analysis of abnormal products: Perform testing and quality analysis on products found to be abnormal to ensure test results are accurate and timely, while following up to support continuous improvement.
• Preparation of test reports: Prepare and maintain standard test report templates according to the company's product and quality standards for personnel to use in inspections.
• Preparation and improvement of Quality Inspection Plans (QIP): Prepare and update quality inspection plans to support a smooth and efficient product inspection process.
• Monitoring abnormalities in incoming raw materials: Support Product Quality Engineers (PQE) in analyzing raw material abnormalities, performing root cause analysis, and following up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for testing equipment to ensure stability and accuracy.
• Inspect and verify the accuracy of fixtures and connectors used in testing.
• Inspect and analyze abnormal products, with follow-up for quality improvement.
• Prepare and maintain test reports according to standards.
• Prepare and update Quality Inspection Plans (QIP).
• Monitor and support the resolution of abnormalities in incoming raw materials.

Qualifications:

• Vocational Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year or more of experience in operating testing instruments; possess knowledge and skills in the maintenance and care of quality testing tools.
• Possess testing logic and attention to detail.
• Experience with basic testing tools such as a multimeter will be given special consideration (programming skills or use of automated testing tools are not required).
• Proficient in computer use, especially MS Office programs (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949.
• Able to work in rotating shifts.
• Good communication skills.
• Honest and responsible.
• Basic English language skills.
