For our location in Waidhofen an der Thaya, we are looking for the following position starting immediately: 1 Global Agency Approval Engineer (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Planning, controlling, and implementing approval projects in cooperation with international testing bodies

• Checking and evaluating project and product data to ensure complete applications

• Coordination of several parallel projects (deadlines, risks, communication)

• Checking and approving certificates and approval documents

• Ensuring complete documentation and data maintenance in TE systems

• Support with standard-compliant marking and printing

• Resource planning for global engineering teams, taking budget and priorities into account

• Independent handling of smaller approval projects

• Close coordination with internal interfaces and support for the global GAA team

• Compliance with LeanPD/engineering processes and minimization of regulatory risks

What you bring to the role:

• HTL/technical college in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable (advantageous)

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management or a technical environment

• Basic technical understanding in the electromechanical environment (e.g., relays)

• Experience in coordinating projects, ideally in an international context

• Knowledge of international norms and standards; experience with approvals/certifications is an advantage

• Proficient use of MS Office and common IT systems, initial experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)

• Strong project and time management, even with parallel tasks

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position. This amounts to € 3,450.00 gross per month (14 times per year). We expressly point out the possibility of overpayment depending on qualification and training.
