We are looking for talent with strategic thinking, analytical capacity, and a results-oriented approach to join our team as Finance Planning and Analysis Manager. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive person, with ease of learning and the skills to transform financial information into strategies that drive business decision-making.

Your tasks

Job Objective Coordinate and execute the organization's financial planning, analysis, and monitoring processes, providing strategic information that contributes to profitability, operational efficiency, and the achievement of business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial projections, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial results and identify deviations against budget.
• Develop financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform profitability, cost, and expense analysis.
• Generate financial information to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with different areas for the monitoring of financial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, financial analysis, or FP&A.
• Advanced English (indispensable).
• Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial models.
• Desirable experience with Power BI and data analysis tools.
• Desirable education from institutions such as Tecnológico de Monterrey or Universidad Anáhuac (not exclusive).
