Project Manager Intern

TDR Films is a Bali-based video production house telling stories for brands and events. We follow every project from the first recce to the final cut, and we're looking for a Project Manager Intern to be the glue holding our productions together: schedules, people, and timelines, all in one place.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating schedules across the team, clients, and production timelines
• Keeping tasks and project progress on track in Notion
• Providing admin support to keep running projects moving

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable with Notion, or ready to pick it up fast
• Fluent in English (Conversational Level, and willing to learn to Professional Level)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling multiple moving parts
• Any major welcome. What matters more is hunger to learn and full-time availability
• Based in Bali and ready to work on-site, Monday through Friday

• 3-month internship, plus a monthly performance bonus
