Temporary Call Centre Agent

$12 Per hour 16 November to 18 December Temp Customer Service Officer (Chai Chee) Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 6pm (No Experience needed)

Job Description

• Provide excellent customer support across various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat platforms.
• Understand customer enquiries and concerns by reviewing relevant information and delivering clear, effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
• Strive to resolve cases at the first point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and external service partners when required to ensure timely resolution in accordance with service standards.
• Share constructive suggestions on systems, processes, tools, and guidelines to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service by following established procedures and service protocols.
• Build positive and lasting customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a proactive service mindset.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by management and support the ongoing implementation and improvement of the organization's Quality Management System.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level qualification; candidates awaiting ‘A’ Level results are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with good typing and keyboarding skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive and professional attitude.
• A collaborative team player who is adaptable and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates good time management skills with the drive to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Comfortable working with computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
