Quality Executive

Up to $3.8K + 1-month AWS + Up to 2 months VB Quality Executive (Facilities Management) – Public Sector Industry Islandwide 2 years contract (Renewable) Mon to Fri – 8am to 5.30pm

Job Description

• Support QA/QC initiatives across facilities management operations and sites.
• Conduct scheduled quality audits on completed works, maintenance activities and services.
• Prepare audit reports documenting findings, non-compliance and areas for improvement.
• Track and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure.
• Escalate major quality risks, recurring issues and operational gaps to management.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Work closely with the QA Manager on audit progress, quality performance and compliance reporting.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Building/Engineering Services, Quality Management Systems (QMS / ISO), or WSH practices.
