Quality Control Executive

Responsibilities Conduct independent quality site inspections on completed works to ensure compliance with standards. Perform documentation audits and verify records thoroughly for accuracy and completeness. Conduct compliance checks to assess adherence to maintenance standards and contractual requirements. Track defects, findings, and corrective actions, ensuring proper documentation and timely closure. Support Authority audits and surveillance programs by preparing and providing necessary information. Verify the quality of work performed by contractors and vendors to maintain project standards. Monitor and ensure timely closure of defects and audit observations to uphold quality assurance. Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Building Services. Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities management experience. Preferred competencies and qualifications Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 41001, and audit processes.
