Inventory Control Supervisor

Up to $4.5K + 1-month completion bonus + Up to 2 months VB Inventory Control Supervisor (Defense Logistics) – Public Sector Industry Changi 2 years contract (Renewable) Shift Schedule – (Planned by Hiring Manager)

Job Description

• Lead and deploy stocktaking teams for daily inventory counts and scheduled audits.
• Manage the annual stocktake schedule to ensure full inventory coverage.
• Coordinate with client representatives to prepare monthly stocktake lists.
• Oversee inventory record creation and system integration between Enterprise Systems (ES) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Supervise physical stock counts across warehouses, base facilities and naval vessels, ensuring timely system updates.
• Verify inventory records, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with warehouse teams.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual stocktake reports for client review and audit compliance.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Site / Program Lead.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of operational experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or stocktaking.
