Your tasks

• Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate budgeting and planning processes.
• Prepare and maintain CAPEX and OPEX forecasts, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Help prepare business cases to ensure TDC Brands execute on the rights projects.
• Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting, including performance analysis and management commentary.
• Translate financial data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support on strategic and operational topics.
• Challenge assumptions constructively and help stakeholders make financially sound decisions.

Requirements

Are you an experienced finance professional who combines solid analytical and stakeholder management skills? We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team and help drive sound financial decision-making across the TDC Brands OneTech division.

• You have at least three years of relevant experience in finance, business partnering, controlling or a similar role.
• You hold a relevant degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
• You have solid stakeholder management skills and can build trusted relationships across functions and seniority levels.
• You communicate complex financial topics clearly and adapt your message to the audience.
• You can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• You work independently, take ownership and proactively move tasks forward.
• You are a collaborative team player who shares knowledge and contributes to a positive working environment.
