Advanced Administration and Maintenance:

Manage and maintain complex Oracle database environments, including Real Application Clusters (RAC) configurations, Oracle Data Guard, and cloud databases.
Perform installation, configuration, and patching of the database and Grid Infrastructure (ASM, Clusterware).
Supervise and manage database security, implementing access and auditing policies.

Performance and Optimization (Tuning):

Proactively monitor database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks at the database, operating system, and storage levels.
Perform tuning of complex SQL queries and optimize overall system performance.
Use advanced tools such as AWR, ASH, and ADDM for diagnosis and adjustment.

High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HA/DR):

Design, implement, and manage high availability and disaster recovery solutions (Backup and Recovery), primarily using RMAN and Data Guard.
Develop and execute restoration and recovery test plans in case of failure.

Architecture and Technical Leadership:

Actively participate in the architectural design of new solutions and the evolution of the data model.
Lead and collaborate with development, architecture, and cloud teams in the implementation of data solutions.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Junior DBAs and other IT teams.

Automation and Scripting:

Develop advanced scripts (Shell Scripting, PL/SQL) to automate maintenance, monitoring, and operation tasks.
