Equipment and Computer Technician for a leading government organization in Jerusalem

Job Description -

• Identification and troubleshooting of faults in all computer equipment.
• Providing maintenance services for end-user equipment, including equipment installations at sites under the role's responsibility.
• Providing professional information and responses regarding sites under the role's responsibility.
• Providing initial and direct responses to problems and faults at sites under the role's responsibility.
• Maintenance of communication rooms and updating end-user equipment in the inventory and stock system.
• Installation of equipment, infrastructure software, and software packages on workstations and servers of small networks.
• Providing technical assistance to users.

Job Requirements -

• Over 4 years of experience in the field.
• Comprehensive knowledge and mastery of end-user equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, monitors, and multimedia systems.
• Excellent command of operating systems and Office applications.
• Ability to read and understand technical English at a high level.
• High expression skills and the ability to provide training and implementation of end-user systems to users.
