Guest Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online with product inquiries, purchases, and recommendations.
• Process, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment with accuracy and care.
• Manage inventory, including stock counts, product labeling, and inventory updates.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment and product displays.
• Support card sorting, pricing, and merchandising of cards, sealed products, and accessories.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service to create a welcoming experience for collectors and players.
• Assist with daily store operations and other duties as assigned.
