Site Supervisor France & Export (M/F)

Join a human-sized SME, specialized in the exclusive distribution of innovative solutions for hatcheries. As a Site Supervisor France & Export M/F, you will play a key role in the coordination and monitoring of installations in France and Africa.
Reporting to the sales management, your missions will be as follows:
- Install and assemble equipment on-site
- Ensure compliance with assembly plans, safety rules, and set deadlines
- Ensure technical monitoring of assembly and participate in the commissioning of equipment
- Train and support local teams on operation and first-level maintenance
- Act as the interface between the assembly teams, headquarters, and the manufacturer based in Flemish Belgium
- Participate in regular training sessions in Belgium at the manufacturer's site
- Guarantee good communication between the client, the teams, and the supplier
- Establish regular site reports
- Represent the company to the client on-site, ensuring satisfaction and the quality of service provided

The benefits
- 1 week of recovery after each mission, for 2 to 3 consecutive weeks, carried out for export
- 6 weeks of annual leave (excluding post-export site recovery)

Your experience to join our client:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of similar experience in mobile/traveling roles
- Technical training such as Bac+2 in industrial maintenance, electricity, electrotechnics...
- Ability to speak English
