Technical Manager - Poultry Sector M/F (M/F)

- Position based in Quintin (22), with regular travel to farms (77-45 and 89).
Reporting to the Production Director for Breeding and Hatchery, you will have the following missions:
- Manage a team of 5 technicians and 1 Data Manager
- Drive technical performance, from breeding to hatching
- Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and define action plans
- Monitor and automate performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with procedures, sanitary requirements, and animal welfare
- Participate in the analysis of chick quality and the monitoring of corrective actions
- Ensure coordination between technical teams, the hatchery, quality, and Management
- Participate in production planning with the Production Director

Your experience to join our client:
- Engineering degree in Agri/Agro or equivalent in the agricultural field, animal production, or breeding
- Proven experience in team management
