Administrative and Financial Manager (M/F)

Drive the financial strategy and support growth.

A Breton SME of 300 people, specializing in hatchery research, is looking for its Administrative and Financial Director as part of its reorganization and recent integration into an international group.

As a true partner to Management, you will play a vital role in the Group's financial strategy and contribute to strengthening the company's management capabilities through a reliable, structured, and performance-oriented financial vision. In liaison with the Group's Finance teams, you will ensure reliable and timely reporting.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for the following missions:

• Structure and evolve the financial organization to support the company's development challenges
• Define and implement a financial management and management control framework adapted to the needs of General Management and the Group

• Ensure the reliability of Group financial reporting.
• Support General Management in budgeting exercises, forecasting, and analysis

• Strengthen management control tools to improve economic performance management by developing dashboards that allow for precise monitoring of activity, margins, profitability, and key financial indicators
• Lead ERP transformation projects and financial processes

• Clarify roles, responsibilities, and interactions within the Finance function.
• Manage, support, and grow the financial teams in a logic of structuring and continuous improvement (4 people)

An expert in management/finance/management control, you have structured finance functions in high-growth environments and led transformation projects (ERP, AI). You master relations with statutory auditors, tax and banking partners, and move easily in English within an international context.

Rigorous but adaptable, you combine analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving with a strong sense of confidentiality. You know how to support your team through change and communicate with ease to all your interlocutors, both internal and external.

Your experience to join our client:

• Minimum 10 years in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 5 years leading a financial team in an international group context and in a production environment
• Professional English is mandatory
