Credit Control and Collections Officer

The Job: ·      Monitor loan portfolio quality, manage delinquent accounts and supportall credit control activities. ·      Responsible for setting up of customer repayment modes (i.e. GIRO,Standing Order Instructions) & collection processes post loan disbursements. ·      Ensure funds are collected from customer in an accurate and timelymanner including monitoring loan repayments for appropriate actions. ·      Meet customers with delinquent accountsand make attempts to secure repayment, including exploring options like repossession, refinancing or restructuring. ·      Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
