Landscape Design Engineer

Develop innovative landscape design concepts, master plans, and design proposals in line with project requirements and design standards.

Prepare detailed landscape layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and design details .

Develop landscape solutions covering hardscape, softscape, and planting design .

Coordinate landscape designs with Architecture, Civil, Structural, and MEP teams .

Develop and update landscape design documents throughout different project stages.

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.

Ensure landscape designs comply with project requirements, specifications, standards, and applicable regulations .

Review design details to ensure accuracy, quality, functionality, and construct-ability .

Support the project team throughout the design and execution phases .

Contribute to high-quality landscape solutions for large-scale real estate and construction projects .

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Landscape Design .

Proven experience in large-scale landscape projects .

Previous experience with Real Estate Developers or Construction Companies is highly preferred and considered a key requirement.

Strong knowledge of landscape design principles , technical drawings, and design detailing.

Experience in hardscape, softscape, and planting design .

Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

Strong design, visualization, coordination, and communication skills .

Ability to coordinate effectively with Architecture, Civil, Structural, and MEP teams .

Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, engineers, and project teams .
