Manage and maintain effective relationships with government authorities and public entities to ensure smooth completion of governmental procedures.
Handle and follow up on all government transactions, permits, licenses, approvals, and official documentation required for company operations.
Coordinate with ministries, municipalities, New Urban Communities Authorities, regulatory bodies, and utility service providers (electricity, water, gas, telecommunications, etc.).
Prepare and submit official letters, applications, and required documents to relevant government authorities.
Follow up on license renewals, governmental fees, certificates, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate inspections, site visits, and meetings between government entities and internal departments.
Maintain accurate records of governmental documents, transactions, and pending requests.
Prepare periodic reports regarding the status of governmental procedures and submit updates to the direct manager.
Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and company policies while maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5–7 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Relations, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian governmental procedures, licensing requirements, and dealing with government authorities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
