We invite you to join the team in the position: Logistics Specialist
How your day will unfold:
- You will assist in organizing travel and booking venues for conferences and events
- You will perform basic administrative tasks and initiate invoices
- You will handle phone calls, receive messages, or redirect calls to the appropriate colleagues
- You will work in a dynamic international environment with teams from several countries
- You will welcome and see off your colleagues from Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece
- You will be a key point for coordination and support for internal teams
- You will maintain files and records to ensure they are updated and easily accessible
- You will perform other assigned official duties
What you need to be successful:
- Higher education
- Previous experience in a similar position is considered an advantage
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Ability to work with office equipment
- Proficiency in English at a working level
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
