TECHNICAL AND RESEARCH DIRECTOR
Must-have:Lead
- Oversee all technical,maintenance,and after-sales services for fire protection systems (sprinkler,fire alarm,fire suppression,hydrant,gas,foam,emergency lighting)
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for installation,commissioning,periodic inspection, testing, maintenance,and emergency repairs
- Lead technical troubleshooting,complex site issues,and major system fault resolution
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore SCDF, SS, ISO,and NFPA standards,codes,and local regulations
- Manage service team performance, response times,contract SLAs,and quality audits;drive high customer satisfaction
- Lead applied R&D: evaluate new fire protection technologies,equipment,materials,and smart/connected systems
- Design,test,and validate improved maintenance methodologies,efficiency workflows,and cost-effective technical solutions
