About the company

Do you have a passion for providing legal advice to national and international tech companies and games companies? Do you want to work on exciting mandates in the field of Technology & Data together with a motivated, dynamic, and multi-award-winning international team? With us, you will accompany such mandates from the initial client meeting to the finished advisory product, working closely with colleagues from other practice groups as well as international teams.

Your tasks

  • Comprehensive advice to companies in the areas of data protection, E-Commerce, and Data Compliance (e.g., DSA, AI Act, and Data Act).
  • Support for complex IT projects.
  • Drafting of software & technology contracts, taking into account the respective strategic and technical specifics.
  • Ongoing support for foreign clients, particularly games companies and other tech companies, regarding market entry into Europe and beyond.
  • Representation of clients in administrative proceedings, mediation proceedings, and before courts.
  • IT law support for transactions.
  • Accompanying domestic clients during expansion into foreign markets.

Requirements

  • Very good legal skills as well as above-average examination results, an LL.M. and/or a doctorate.
  • A great interest in economic contexts and an enthusiasm for legal issues in the field of Technology & Data.
  • High analytical, intercultural, and communicative skills.
  • Enjoyment of working in international teams.
  • Very good, business-fluent English in speaking and writing.
  • The willingness to take on responsibility within your own team and towards clients.
