Responsibilities:

• Management of incoming calls and customer requests
• Management of all fleet matters regarding the execution of itineraries
• Service via call center and communication with drivers
• Coordination of tasks and monitoring of pending items
• Recording of information and management of internal systems
• Working in rotating shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of English (Proficiency)
• Additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage
• Ability to multitask
• Speed, consistency, and effectiveness under pressure
• Organization, time management, and meeting deadlines
• Communication skills, professionalism, and discretion
• Positive thinking and ability to take initiative
• Good knowledge of PC
• Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
• Completed studies
