Marketing Manager for TaxiCaller in Linköping

We are looking for someone who fits the following description:

• You are passionate about marketing and sales and have a great interest in creating and developing business online.
• You are skilled in marketing strategies for B2B software/cloud services.
• You have a great interest in and a very good understanding of user behavior online.
• You have been part of taking a company from a turnover of 10 MSEK to 100 MSEK.
• You have excellent leadership qualities.
• You are result- and goal-oriented, and structured and systematic.
• You speak and write flawless English as our customers are primarily located outside of Sweden and the working language is English.
• You want to work closely with our sales organization and you are almost as interested in sales as in marketing. TaxiCaller has developed a cloud service for taxi companies that is sold with great success all over the world. Our growth is very high, but we want to increase the growth rate even further by hiring a driven Marketing Manager who has already experienced the journey from 10 MSEK to 100 MSEK in turnover.

All work will take place from our office in Linköping.

You will:

• Work with our marketing towards transport companies (primarily taxi companies) around the world to lay the foundation for our continued growth.
• Lead our marketing department, which currently consists of a copywriter and a graphic designer, both of whom are also skilled in internet marketing.
• Continuously develop KPIs related to our marketing efforts and the results they generate.
• Work closely with our salespeople and also act as a stand-in for our sales manager, e.g., during vacations. TaxiCaller was started in 2011 and has developed a taxi booking system that has quickly achieved international success and is used today by taxi companies all over the world. TaxiCaller's system is revolutionary in that we use the latest technology in both web solutions and smartphones (iPhone and Android).
