Engagement Manager

we are looking for a mechanical production engineer to over see and improve plastic injection molding operations. the candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, troubleshooting technical issues , improving machine performance , and contributing to the continuous development of the production facility.

bachelor "s degree in mechanical engineering.

minimum 2 years of practical experience with plastic injection molding machines.

strong leadership and team management skills.

excellent problems- solving and troubleshooting abilities .

ability to improve production.

processes and develop workplace performance.

good knowledge of mechanical systems and production operations.
