Cross Sell Performance Lead

Your tasks

Support the end-to-end implementation of the group cross-sell road map including:

• Coordinate and track implementation activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support strategic client nomination, target setting, BSC and rules of engagement.
• Monitor cross-sell performance, referrals, KPIs, and management dashboard.
• Identify implementation gaps, dependencies and issues, and support timely escalation and resolution.
