Head of Production / Produktionsleiter (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the entire production area regarding profitability, delivery capability, and quality
• Leadership and coordination of production, including personnel planning, production planning, work preparation, CNC manufacturing, as well as goods receipt and dispatch
• Leadership and further development of employees
• Continuous further development and optimization of production processes from Lean perspectives
• Active participation in the topics of quality assurance and occupational safety

Your Profile

• Technical degree, e.g., Maschinenbau or Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, or technical training with qualified further training, e.g., as a Meister (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in CNC-based, artisanal manufacturing within a medium-sized company
• Routine handling of an ERP-System in production control
• Good English and EDV skills
• Hands-on mentality and a structured, independent way of working
