Junior Lawyer | Antitrust - São Paulo

Responsibilities and duties Advisory in preventive and strategic competition consultancy; Drafting legal opinions, memorandums, and legal opinions on antitrust matters; Support in the analysis and notification of concentration acts before CADE; Support in administrative investigations and inquiries before CADE; Competition analysis in M&A operations, joint ventures, distribution contracts, and commercial agreements; Advisory to clients on commercial practices, competition compliance programs, and regulatory risk management; Interface with multidisciplinary teams in national and international operations.

Requirements and qualifications Law degree between 2019 and 2022; Previous experience in antitrust/competition law in a law firm; Advanced English; Active OAB.
