The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing PMO functions across the organization, with a focus on Integrated Management Systems (IMS), internal audits, performance management, and system governance. The role ensures alignment with international standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities 1.Integrated Management System (IMS) Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) across all departments.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Procurement, IT, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration.

Prepare and maintain governance documents, including policies, procedures, authority matrix, risk registers, and HSE documentation.

Promote IMS awareness through training sessions and internal communications.

  1. Internal Audits & Compliance

Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301).

Identify gaps, risks, and non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed in coordination with responsible stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulatory requirements.

Lead and coordinate third-party certification audits and ensure successful completion of audits.

  1. Performance Management

Report strategic KPIs to headquarters and senior management.

Design, implement, and monitor operational KPIs across departments.

Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Support leadership in data-driven decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.

  1. Internal Systems & Process Governance

Act as system administrator for internal platforms and workflow systems.

Ensure accurate representation of organizational structure, workflows, and approval cycles within the system.

Oversee and control approval processes related to tenders, company registrations, annual budgets, project cost sheets, purchase requisitions, work orders, hiring requests, monthly project progress, …etc.

Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and standardization of processes across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO, governance, or a similar role.

Good knowledge of ISO standards and internal auditing practices with proved hands-on experience with ISO management systems implementation and auditing

Proven experience in KPI development, performance management, and reporting.

Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows.

Demonstrated automation mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).

Professional certifications such as PMP, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent are preferred.
