We are currently recruiting for a Property Consultant for our Estate Agency client based in Harlow.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 - 4 years property experience with local knowledge.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Property Consultant:

• Basic £28,000
• Plus pooled commission
• Bonuses
• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 4pm (with a day off in lieu)

Responsibilities for the role of Property Consultant:

This is a 90% office based role

• Vendor communication
• Ensure vendors and buyers are kept up to date
• Providing feedback
• Dealing with price reductions
• Handling complaints
• Booking viewings and valuations
• Helping out with conducting viewings
• Support the lettings team

Key skills for the role of Property Consultant:

• Must have a minimum of 3 - 4 years property experience
• Local knowledge
• A high level of customer service skills

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
