Your tasks
- What you will do
You will determine maintenance strategies and concepts based on agreed availability, reliability, functionality, and quality. You will oversee implementation and execution.
- Working with the business unit and maintenance specialists, you will map out the technical condition, recurring issues, and maintenance requirements of the installations. In doing so, you will utilize existing knowledge, including predictive maintenance.
- You will translate these insights into a coherent maintenance plan: which measures are necessary, what takes priority, and which activities and investments will be included in the annual plan?
- You will provide insight into the balance between technical necessity, production continuity, and available budget. You will reach agreements with production and the central maintenance organization regarding choices, planning, budget, and KPIs.
- You will monitor execution and installation performance, account for deviations, and adjust the plan where necessary. You will drive structural solutions for recurring problems.
- You will ensure that agreed maintenance methodologies and working methods are applied in practice. In this role, you will share knowledge and safeguard applicable safety and environmental requirements.
