Your tasks
Function As a Maintenance Coordinator, you ensure that technical management and maintenance are optimally prepared, so that the plant remains safe, reliable, and achieves maximum availability.
- You translate maintenance strategies into daily practice and ensure that maintenance and improvement activities are properly prepared and executed.
- You monitor the technical condition of the plant, analyze malfunctions, and look beyond the immediate cause. Based on your analyses, you initiate structural improvements that increase the reliability, availability, and lifespan of the facility.
- You provide technical support to the inspector and work planner and serve as the technical point of contact for technicians during maintenance work.
You also monitor technical standards, specifications, and requirements. You ensure that work complies with applicable guidelines and that quality and safety always come first. Thanks to your expertise, mechanics can count on specialist support and clear frameworks, making the team as a whole perform stronger.
