Must-Have Skills Salesforce platform development and Apex Lightning Web Components Salesforce OmniStudio SOQL and SOSL Salesforce APIs Salesforce Flows and platform configuration Good-to-Have Skills Salesforce Agentforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD REST and SOAP integrations Middleware integration experience Familiarity with Singapore Government security and governance guidelines Key Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications. Develop Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing components. Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, permissions, validation rules, and Flows. Develop OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors. Develop and support REST and SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, and external system interfaces. Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support. Troubleshoot application defects and resolve technical issues promptly. Monitor and optimise application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment artefacts, and solution specifications. Follow established coding, security, governance, and release-management standards. Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Hands-on experience developing solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile delivery. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in secure and governance-driven delivery environments.
