Technical Controller

Job Description

To attend a meeting with the consultant/architect

To supervise and check on-going projects

To lead a team of skilled workers on structural building works

Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree or Post-Graduate Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from recognised Unversity or Institution.

Min. 5 Year(s) of practical experience in the execution of specialist building works of structural steel . (whether in Singapore or overseas)

Track records to show previous projects that took charge.

Knowledge of relevant Statutory requirements and compliances.

Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.

Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project.
