Job Summary
Tashan is hiring Senior Assembly Technicians for certified production roles at our Tai Seng facility. This role rewards experienced operators directly for their output — the more you produce, the more you take home.
Responsibilities
- Execute certified assembly procedures in a cleanroom environment following programme specifications
- Perform precision assembly tasks demonstrating technical competency and consistent quality
- Support and guide peer operators on task methods and production standards to maintain quality
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation according to programme requirements
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate task issues and escalate promptly to supervisors to resolve production challenges
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production
- Certified or experienced in structured precision assembly tasks
- Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and process orientation
- Ability to work independently and maintain high output in a structured environment
- Punctuality and reliability to ensure consistent attendance impacting monthly earnings
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (moved here from Required as this is a nationality-based exclusion)
