The Supplier Quality Manager guarantees the compliance, performance, and continuous improvement of the quality of the Group's suppliers and subcontractors in compliance with regulatory and normative requirements.

Your future challenges during your embarkation with us:

  • Deployment and management of the supplier/subcontractor quality policy: deploy the Group's supplier/subcontractor quality management policy, monitor regulatory developments and guarantee their implementation, develop, optimize, and enforce supplier quality processes and procedures, and ensure global reporting of the activity
  • Qualification, evaluation, and performance of suppliers: evaluate, qualify, and maintain the approved supplier list, monitor and analyze associated quality performance indicators, conduct supplier/subcontractor audits, and ensure their compliance (including Part 145)
  • Management of non-conformities and control of supplier risks: manage the processing of supplier non-conformities and the follow-up of action plans, contribute to technical investigations related to supplier problems, manage notifications to authorities in case of major events
  • Transversal interface and operational support: ensure the quality interface with suppliers and subcontractors, collaborate with internal departments involved in the process, raise awareness and support internal teams on supplier quality requirements
  • Contribution to the quality management system and audits: participate in internal and external audits (OSAC, clients, etc.), contribute to the continuous improvement of the supplier/subcontractor quality management system
  • Quality, safety, and continuous improvement: respect safety instructions, use protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process

With a degree at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level in quality or equivalent, you have experience in supplier quality in the aeronautics field combined with experience as an auditor.
