To support the group's growth and challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is looking for an (Aeronautical Maintenance Project Manager M/F, in CDI for our site in Cugnaux (31)
The Project Manager ensures the industrial execution of the services contracted between customers and the company, while respecting quality, cost, and deadline requirements, as well as safety instructions.
Your future challenges when embarking with us
Project Management: Lead, coordinate, plan, and monitor projects, in compliance with contractual requirements (deadlines, quality, technical).
- Financial monitoring: Guarantee project profitability (re-invoicing, financial statements, budget monitoring, verification of contractual clauses)
- Customer relations: Ensure customer satisfaction, manage disputes, and act as customer support
- Team management: Lead, supervise, and monitor the team's activity, while ensuring the adequacy of load/capacity (human and technical)
- Technical and logistical support: Propose technical solutions, manage the arrival/departure of aircraft (logistical, administrative, and regulatory aspects).
- Quality, safety, and continuous improvement: Respect safety instructions, use protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
Crew expectations:
With a background of Bac+3 to Bac+5 level in aeronautical maintenance and/or project management, you have a successful first experience in a similar role.
You know how to unite people around challenges and objectives to be achieved, while ensuring performance management.
Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and attentive, you are capable of mobilizing your team, structuring activities, and managing priorities effectively. Possessing a good collective spirit, you also know how to demonstrate discernment in decision-making.
Reactivity, availability, sense of initiative, diplomacy, and business acumen will be major assets for success in this position.
Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing) is indispensable.
