Quality Inspector M/F, in CDI for our Cugnaux (31) site.
As part of the development of our PART 21 aeronautical activities for a major aeronautical client, you will work within the operational quality teams on quality controls and validations relating to your mechanical specialty at the following sites: Cugnaux (31), St Martin du Touch (31), and JL Lagardère (31).
Reporting to the Quality Operational Manager (QOM), you will perform the assigned quality controls in compliance with technical documentation, customer standards, quality and safety rules, FOD, and PART 21 requirements.
Schedule: day shifts and/or shift work
Your future challenges during your onboarding with us:
- Operation controls: Perform controls for removal, installation, replacement, or
reconfiguration of equipment according to applicable documentation, as well as controls before zone closure. Perform diagnostics (pre/post flight, pre/post run) and inspections according to specifications and customer requirements.
- Certification and traceability: Certify and ensure the traceability of controlled operations, enter anomalies
into the dedicated tool, in accordance with applicable rules.
- Compliance verification: Verify the compliance of Work Orders and other documents, report observed discrepancies
and associated risks, contribute to the processing of non-conformities, QSR, CPB, CDIS, or associated quality points. Operational coordination: Work in coordination with Production, the QOM, support functions, and the client according to field needs, within your scope of competence.
- Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement: Respect safety instructions, use protective equipment, apply SMS (Safety Management System) rules, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
Crew expectations: Holder of a CQPM Inspecteur Qualité or higher education (Bac+2 level) with an industrial focus, you have proven experience in a similar position within the aeronautical sector. You possess solid knowledge of aircraft systems and/or aeronautical mechanics.
Proficiency in English is indispensable (reading and writing). We are looking for a person who is rigorous, autonomous, organized, attentive to detail, and capable of communicating with production, quality, technical support, and the client.
