To support the group's growth and challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is looking for a:
Quality Inspector M/F, in CDI for our Cugnaux (31) site.
Your future challenges during your boarding with us:
- Control of maintenance operations: Ensure the supervision and verification of assembly and maintenance operations carried out by the teams and attest to their quality
- Troubleshooting and technical inspections: Perform diagnostics (before/after flight, before/after run), inspection and measurement of products and equipment according to specifications and customer requirements
- Compliance verification and NC management: Validate the compliance of Work Orders, products upon receipt, report anomalies and draft deviations and non-conformities
- Certification and traceability: Assist and certify maintenance operations, contribute to the traceability of operations, enter anomalies into the dedicated tool and actively participate in quality monitoring
- Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement: Respect safety instructions, use protective equipment, apply SMS (Safety Management System) rules, promote workplace safety and contribute to the continuous improvement process
Crew expectations:
Holder of a CQPM Inspecteur Qualité or higher education such as Bac+2 with an industrial focus, you have proven experience in a similar position in the aeronautical sector. You possess solid knowledge of aircraft systems and/or aeronautical mechanics. Proficiency in software such as AIRNAV, SAP, ESAO and TLB is desired. Good knowledge of the AIRBUS environment, notably OF (Ordres de Fabrication) and SOI (Standard Operating Instructions), would be an asset. Knowledge of the CDIS tool would also be a plus. Mastery of the English language is indispensable (reading and writing). Autonomous, rigorous, organized and attentive, you know how to mobilize your team, organize activities and manage priorities. You have a sense of teamwork and know how to make decisions.
