Your future challenges when joining us:

Intervene on controls related to the structure (depending on your qualifications), aircraft zones, holds, cabin, or associated mechanical systems depending on the activity.
  • Certification and traceability: Attest to and ensure the traceability of controlled operations, enter anomalies into the dedicated tool, in accordance with applicable rules.
  • Conformity verification: Verify the conformity of Work Orders and other documents, report observed deviations and associated risks, contribute to the processing of non-conformities, QSR, CPB, CDIS, or associated quality points.
  • Operational coordination: Work in coordination with Production, the QOM, support functions, and the client according to field needs, participate in exchanges and quality points. Be a quality reference point for field teams within your scope of competence.
  • Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement: Respect safety instructions, use protective equipment, apply SMS (Safety Management System) rules, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process.

Crew expectations: With a background in aeronautical or quality training such as CQPM, Bac Pro to Bac +2, you have significant experience in an aeronautical environment, ideally in a similar role. Profiles from production, maintenance, MRO, ramp, or an aeronautical industrial environment, with a strong quality mindset, may also be considered. You have skills in aeronautical mechanics, aircraft systems, and/or structure. A good knowledge of the Airbus environment is expected. Knowledge of PART 21, PART 145, or MRO environments is an asset. You are familiar with quality, traceability, and reporting tools, as well as customer environments. Understanding technical English is necessary for reading and applying technical documentation. Beyond your background, we are looking for a person who is rigorous, autonomous, organized, attentive to detail, and capable of communicating with production, quality, technical support, and the client.
