Electrical/Avionics Quality Inspector - Tarmac aerosave (M/F)

To support the group's growth and challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is looking for an Electrical/Avionics Quality Inspector M/F on a CDI contract.
As part of the development of our PART 21 aeronautical activities for a major aeronautical client, you will work within the operational quality teams on quality controls and validations pertaining to your electrical/avionics specialty at the following sites: Cugnaux (31), St Martin du Touch (31), and JL Lagardère (31).
Reporting to the Quality Operational Manager (QOM), you will perform the assigned quality controls in compliance with technical documentation, client standards, quality and safety rules, FOD, and PART 21 requirements.

Your future challenges during your onboarding with us:
- Operation controls: Perform quality controls, inspections, and validations of operations, installations, and electrical/avionics equipment on aircraft, and carry out tests. Verify harness routing, connectivity, protections, fastenings, and connections according to applicable documentation. Contribute to defect analysis, troubleshooting, and TSM subjects.
- Certification and traceability: Attest to and ensure the traceability of controlled operations, enter anomalies into the dedicated tool, in accordance with applicable rules.
- Conformity verification: Verify the conformity of Work Orders and other documents, report observed discrepancies and associated risks, contribute to the processing of non-conformities, QSR, CPB, CDIS, or associated quality points.
- Operational coordination: Work in coordination with Production, the QOM, support functions, and the client according to field needs, participate in exchanges and quality meetings. Be a quality point of reference for field teams within your scope of competence.
- Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement: Respect safety instructions, use protective equipment, apply SMS (Safety Management System) rules, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
Crew expectations:
Coming from an aeronautical or quality training such as CQPM, Bac Pro to Bac +2, you have significant experience in an aeronautical environment, ideally in a similar role. Profiles from production, maintenance, MRO, ramp, or an aeronautical industrial environment, with a strong quality mindset, may also be considered. You have skills in aeronautical electricity, avionics, reading diagrams, avionics systems, TSM, troubleshooting, and operational tests. A good knowledge of the Airbus environment is expected. Knowledge of PART 21, PART 145, or MRO environments is an asset. You are familiar with quality, traceability, and reporting tools, as well as client environments. Understanding technical English is necessary for reading and applying technical documentation.
