Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, the Quality Correspondent contributes to the deployment of the Quality policy, participates in the maintenance of skills, and ensures the interface between the company and external stakeholders during audits.

  • Quality steering and regulatory compliance: Participate in the deployment of the quality policy, in the management and maintenance of aeronautical approvals and certifications, and ensure compliance with regulatory and normative requirements.
  • Quality system management: Participate in the development of internal documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
  • Monitoring of skills and authorizations: Participate in the management of authorizations, issue and update permissions, monitor Part66 License files and on-the-job training, and ensure the monitoring of individual ratings.
  • Audits, risks, and safety: Conduct internal audits, participate in the deployment of the SMS (Safety Management System) policy, implement and monitor preventive, corrective, and curative actions, participate in the deployment of the risk and opportunity management policy, and ensure regulatory monitoring.
