Supply Chain Coordinator M/F, in CDI for our site in Azereix (65)
The Supply Chain Coordinator ensures the coordination of procurement operations throughout the chain, from the expression of need to its satisfaction, while respecting quantities, quality, cost, deadlines, and safety instructions.
Your future challenges during your onboarding with us:
- Management of needs and supplier relations: Analyze customer specifications, take needs into account and, depending on the level, launch consultations, participate in selections, negotiations, and supplier onboarding.
- Order and procurement tracking: Issue and follow up on customer quotes, ensure the management of orders from suppliers and subcontractors within their portfolio, the organization of transport, as well as the management of procurement schedules.
- Coordination and communication: Participate in customer relationship management (site monitoring, parts supplied), and participate in scheduling and logistics on a removal site, from equipment restitution through storage, sending to subcontractors, and reception.
- Autonomy and priority management: Ensures the organization of their work based on emergencies, participates in the management of supplier disputes.

- Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement: Respect safety instructions, use protective equipment, apply SMS (Safety Management System) rules, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
Crew expectations:
- With higher education (Bac+2/BTS) specializing in International Trade, Supply Chain, or Transport, you have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the aeronautical sector.
- You have a sense of teamwork and know how to unite people around challenges and objectives to be achieved.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive, you organize activities and know how to manage priorities.
- Proficiency in English is indispensable (reading, speaking, writing).
