To support the growth and challenges of the group, TARMAC Aerosave is looking for a:
Engine Technician M/F, in CDI for our site in Azereix (65).
The Engine Technician performs maintenance and dismantling activities on engines in accordance with manufacturer instructions and in compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements, as well as safety instructions.
Your upcoming missions during your landing:
- Preparation and execution of maintenance activities: Prepare interventions (tools, documentation), perform maintenance operations (QEC, top case repairs, module swaps), inspection (lease return, boroscopies), and handling (overhead crane, towing)
- Documentation and traceability: Complete and sign work cards and technical documentation, report non-conformities and ensure activity timekeeping, inventory engines by module and elementary parts in accordance with manufacturer documentation
- Communication and training: Participate in the skill development of new collaborators, report information and signal anomalies
- Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement: Respect safety instructions, use protective equipment, apply SMS (Safety Management System) rules, promote workplace safety, and contribute to the continuous improvement process
Crew expectations:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance, acquired on aircraft and/or helicopter engines.
- You have knowledge of aeronautical mechanics, aeronautical regulations, as well as the general operating principles of turbojets.
- Experience on CFM56 and/or LEAP engines would be an asset.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and organized, you have a sense of teamwork.
- Proficiency in English is indispensable (reading technical documentation and Work Orders).
