Your tasks
- Independent processing of distressed financings (syndicated loans (incl. real estate), Schuldscheine, credit lines, asset financing)
- Participation in bank rounds, processing of deferral requests, stand-still requests, waiver requests due to covenant breaches or other requests from our customers (from SMEs and institutional real estate operators to listed companies)
- Focus is on the analysis of financial figures as well as the weighing of various options (possible additional collateral, margin increases, up to a rejection of the customer's request and possible insolvency law consequences) incl. preparation of decision proposals
- Preparation of decision templates for the national and international credit committee as well as presentation of these templates
- In this position, you work in a networked manner within a team with other technically specialized colleagues. For questions regarding the value of collateral, our valuation team is happy to support you. In case of legal problems, colleagues from the legal department are also available to advise you.
Your profile
- Several years of credit experience in syndicated loan or Schuldschein financing and/or asset financing
- Ability to quickly navigate complex and legally challenging circumstances and identify the right priorities
- High motivation to support with a view and understanding of economic goals and opportunities
- Strong sense for recognizing, classifying, and minimizing risks
- Teamwork skills with a claim to collegiality and efficient action
- Initiative, persuasiveness, and decisiveness
- Good English skills
