Head of Credit Administration, Wholesale Bank

Our Client is a foreign wholesale bank with an expanding franchise in Singapore and the region.  They are seeking to hire an experienced individual to head up their Credit Administration department (“CAD”).  The CAD is responsible for all post-approval credit administration and loan operations of the Corporate Banking department including inter alia the following:- a.          Credit Documentation & Facility Administration b.          Conditions Precedent & Drawdown Validation c.          Covenant & Credit Monitoring d.          Security & Collateral Management e.          Documentation Custody & Records Management The desired candidate is an experienced credit and loan administration professional, with a good understanding of the end-to-end process and a strong grasp of loan documentation.  A strong leader with excellent stakeholder management skillset.
