Sales Manager

TT Furniture (Tarek Trade) is hiring "Sales Managers with a furniture background" in a 2000 SQM retail store space in City Stars Mall with salaries that could range from 22,000 to 35,000 EGP per month (fixed + commission/bonus). The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Goals & Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Revise all sales orders and quotations on a daily basis and make sure the order details are sent correctly to the factory

Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent

Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Supervise all the team and make sure that all employees in the branch are working on their tasks effectively and manage all customer complaints by making sure they're handled with the customer service representative

Develop a plan with the sales and marketing team to reach the sales target every month

Qualifications: Furniture Background

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or relevant field

8+ years of sales experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced Management Skills

Fluency in English
