F&B MANAGER
We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Foodand Beverage Manager to support the overall management of our culinary anddining operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverageactivities
- Support the management and development of the culinary and service teams
- Contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation tomaintain quality standards
- Collaborate with suppliers, assist in negotiating contracts, and manageprocurement of ingredients and supplies
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizingstock control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain aclean and sanitary dining environment
- Participate in analyzing sales and customer feedback to identify trendsand areas for improvement
- Assist in administrative tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, andfinancial reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a related role in the food andbeverage industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, flavors,and food safety standards
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems andother relevant technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment
